Arsenal don’t need to panic but But we should think about our position. We are not in the best position on the season, but our power is at the top of the club. So we should seriously think about appointing Pochettino.

He also talked about his last club Tottenham,  I am very appreciative of the way he did at Tottenham, the way he nurtured these young players and how he did spend a little amount of money. I don’t think Tottenham spent enough.

To encourage the decision of getting Mauricio, Keown added –

This position is deserved by him and would like to work with this man. I am looking at the club officials to take this hugely significant decision.

This English International footballer who was part of Team England in 1998 and 2002 World Cups final also talked about his recent poor records in Tottenham. He thinks there was not enough space for him on that club and he wants to give him another chance.

Arsenal should take a step forward if they are interested in him as Manchester United wanted him last year, and there will be a lot of teams on this run.

Pochettino was dismissed on Tuesday evening at Spurs as Jose Mourinho is going to replace him because of his not satisfying start of this season. When Arsenal Is in 6th position on point table of this season under the current manager Unai Emery. So the part-time coach of Arsenal Keown thinks, this will be a good move for gunners.
