Australia and New Zealand are the two superpower teams in cricket in recent time. Considering their performance in the last World Cup, New Zealand played final but unfortunately against the local team England, they faced the defeat. New Zealand played two finals back to back but has not tasted any World Cup title yet. In recent time, they are visiting Australia and just finished the Test series against the local team. The 3rd Test has ended earlier today and reportedly, Australia won the 3rd Test by 279 runs. So, by winning the match, Australia whitewashed Black Caps in Test series!
These two teams started the Test series officially on 12th December 2019 and the series consisted of three matches. All three times, Australia managed big victories against the guest team. The local team which is led by Tim Paine won the first Test by 296 runs and the 2nd Test by 247 runs. New Zealand wanted to avoid the whitewash by winning the 3rd match but their plan did not work.
