We can not call Guyana Amazon Warriors as one of the most successful teams in the Caribbean Premier League but it is true that the franchise team has played the final of CPL most of the time. Out of the six seasons of the Caribbean Premier League, they played final four times but luck was not with them anytime. They could not touch the most prestigious league title yet. But, it seems that they are going to remove the trophy-drought tag this time. Yes, Guyana Amazon Warriors won all ten matches in CPL 2019! As the first team, they have secured their position at the knockout level. And now, in the first qualifier round which will take place on 6th October 2019 at the Providence Stadium, Providence, the franchise team of Guyana will face Barbados Tridents.

According to the schedule of the Caribbean Premier League 2019, each team has played a total of ten group stage matches. Later, the top four teams have been qualified for the next round which is the playoff.
