Liverpool is keeping their winning-streak continue

Liverpool which is also known as ‘The Reds’ a top-rated Premier League club and considered as one of the ‘Big Six’ clubs in EPL. From the last season, the Reds have come to the spotlight though the season before, they played the Champions League final but against the Spanish giants Real Madrid, their dream was broken. In the next season, the Reds did not make the same mistake but claimed the trophy of UFA Champions league by defeating Tottenham Hotspur. And now, in the ongoing new season of Premier League, Liverpool is keeping their winning-streak continue!

Their pre-season competition was not good enough but started the new season of the Premier League amazingly. In their inaugural match, the reds destroyed the Norwich City by a 4 – 1 goal and in the following next match, they won against Chelsea in the UEFA Super Cup tournament and won the title. However, earlier today, they played their 2nd Premier League match against Southampton and won by a 2 – 1 goal. It was the away match of the team of Klopp but it did not change anything.

Liverpool went ahead of the local team Southampton by two goals and saw an easy victory but due to the ridiculous fault of the Reds goalkeeper Adrian, Southampton returned to the game. At the end of the game, the home team missed an easy chance and so, the team of Jurgen Klopp found the victory.

Earlier today in the English Premier League, Sadio Mane and Firmino scored a goal each for the Reds and so, the current runners-up won by a 2 – 1 goal. At the beginning, Liverpool failed to play so balanced football. The Liverpool defense which consisted of Van Dijk, Robertson, Matip were examined by the home team Southampton. The Spanish goalkeeper Adrian stopped the head in the 22nd minute of the game.

On the opposite way of the gaming style, Liverpool went ahead in the additional minute of the first half. Milner passed the ball and the Senegal forward Mane found the net with a speedy shot. In the 71st minute of the game, scoring an amazing goal, Brazilian Firmino increased the goal difference. In the 83rd minute of the game, the Reds stopped Adrian made a mistake and so, they conceded a goal. Just three minutes later, Southampton missed a great chance and so, the match ended with a 2 – 1 goal.
