First T20I and now, the Test series! The luck of the Green Army did not favor against Australia. At the venue of Australia, this is the worst performance of Pakistan. Australia first destroyed Sri Lanka at their home venue and then Pakistan. They are passing some amazing time right now. Along with the 2nd Test, the journey of Pakistan has ended but it is not a successful journey for them but the worst. They faced the first Test defeat by an innings and 5 runs. Hoped to turn around in the 2nd Test but failed. Considering the 2nd innings of the Green Army, Lyon’s five wickets helped Australia to whitewash Pakistan.
At the venue of Adelaide, the 2nd Test took place between Australia and Pakistan. The local team won the toss and came to bat. At their home venue, they played like one. Just losing three wickets, team Australia scored 589 runs so far though they could not open the innings so good. Warner made his first triple century in the match who scored 335 runs unbeaten. He might be able to score more but they had the intention of winning the match. So, the Aussie captain Tim Paine declared the innings.

Later, the Green Army came to bat for their first innings and it was not so bad at all. Though in front of the Aussie statistics, it was poor. Most of the guest team players could not add any significant runs to the scoreboard. Just two players Yasir Shah and Babar Azam played comparatively better. Yasir scored his first Test century and Babar scored 97 runs for the team. By losing all wickets, team Pakistan scored 302 runs in their first innings. Mitchell Starc played the vital role of taking the six wickets highest for Australia in the first innings. As a result, they faced the follow-on and came to bat for the 2nd innings.
Pakistan’s 2nd innings was worse than the first innings. In 20 runs, they lost top three wickets. But at the end of the crease, Shan Masood added a few runs. His score was the highest in their innings. If looked the rest players, Asad Shafiq added 57 runs and wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan added 45 runs so far. In 82 overs, the Green Army’s 2nd innings have been finished. They scored only 239 runs so far. This time, Nathan Lyon took five wickets for the Aussie. So, Pakistan was defeated by an innings and 48 runs so far.
