St Lucia Zouks is one of the founding members of Caribbean Premier League or CPL but after passing six seasons of the tournament, they have not won the title or not even getting close enough. Earlier the team was known by another name. Their top performance was to make it to the 4th position. And in the new season of CPL which has started at the beginning of September 2019, St Lucia Zouks once again trying their best. They are one of the six contenders of the tournament but it seems that the team St Lucia Zouks may not qualify for the playoff in CPL 2019!

They have lost five times and one match was ended with no result. Now, with 7 points, St Lucia Zouks is holding the 4th position on the CPL 2019 point table. But still, it seems that St Lucia Zouks may not qualify for the playoff in CPL 2019!
St Lucia Zouks played their 9th round against Jamaica Tallawahs earlier today and they managed the 3rd victory. It was the 2nd leg between these two teams in the season of CPL and out of the three victories, St Lucia Zouks found two against the same team Jamaica.
At the Darren Sammy Cricket Ground, Gros Islet, St Lucia Zouks faced Jamaica Tallawahs earlier today where the team of Lucia won the toss and decided to bowl first. So, Jamaica Tallawahs came to bat. Gayle and Phillips made a good start for Jamaica and jointly added 48 runs. Phillips added 23 runs and Gayle added 29 runs so far. Later, Smith and Liton Das made a partnership where Liton added 21 runs and Smith added 58 runs so far. By losing 7 wickets, Jamaica Tallawas presented 165 runs target in 20 overs.
Later, St Lucia Zouks started to chase the score and they also made a good start. Openers added 49 runs in 3.5 overs. Openers made a good start and so, the team able to chase such a big score. Opener Cornwall scored the highest 51 runs in just 25 balls. Among the rest players, Viljoen added 32 runs. By losing six wickets, St Lucia Zouks chased the score successfully.
