But when to look around, all the schools, colleges, shopping mall and cinemas are current off. Even all the gyms are now close after the declaration of the Ministry of Health. In these circumstances, the decision might come of cancelling the new season of the Indian Premier League.

Another franchise official revealed that all the franchise teams have talked with the BCCI already and they made things clear. They have informed the BCCI that health security is the first priority. Then the other things. If the tournament will be cancelled, how the franchise teams will recover from the losses? To give an answer to the question, an official person told that to arrange the league and to give the salaries, considering all, they will have to face around 15 to 20 crores rupee losses.
