Aguero’s hat-trick destroyed Aston Villa in Premier League

As a foreign player, in the English Premier League, Sergio Aguero has made the record of scoring the highest number of goals. The Argentine forward Aguero’s hat-trick destroyed Aston Villa in Premier League! Along with that Riyad Mahrez scored two goals. Besides, the Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus also found the net earlier today. By presenting such dominating performance, Man City destroyed Aston Villa and brought their 15th victory so far.

At the opponent’s venue, earlier today, Manj City faced Aston Villa in the 22nd round of the Premier League. The team of Pep Guardiola won by a 6 – 1 goal against the local tea. He has overtaken Alan Shearer who made a total of 11 hat-tricks in the competition. Now, Sergio Aguero is holding the record of the highest hat-trick man in the EPL history with 12 hat-tricks. 

In the ongoing season, Raheem Sterling scored a total of 11 goals but against Aston Villa, Guardiola did not use him at first but benched. Jesus-Aguero pair started to give the pressure to the opponent’s defence.

In the 18th minute, Mahrez led the guest team ahead. From the right side, he went to the box and his placing shot found the net. Six minutes later, the Algerian star increased the difference. Aston Villa’s defence made a mistake and he found his 2nd goal.


In the 28th minute, from outside of the box, the Argentine forward Aguero scored his first goal. In the additional minutes of the first half, Jesus made the scoreline 4 – 0. In the 58th minute, Aguero overtook Thierry Henry. He was passed from David Silva and with a perfect shot, he scored his 2nd goal. In the 81st minute of the game, the 31 years old star player filled up his 12th hat-trick. In the additional minutes, Aston Villa reduced the difference.
