Liverpool is favourite at the Anfield against the Gunners

The Reds which is officially known as Liverpool is the English Premier League club and currently regarded as the Premier League giant. They have won the last season of the Champions League and in the final, the Reds beat Tottenham Hotspur. Though the most contesting match was played by them in the 2nd leg of the semi-final where they faced the Spanish giants Barcelona. After facing the defeat against the Catalan club at the Camp Nou by a 3 – 0 goal, the Reds turned around at the Anfield and beat Messi’s Barca by a 4 – 0 goal. So, considering the 4 – 3 goals aggregation, the Reds moved to the final. The same Liverpool has started the new Premier League season with the victory. Now, they have come to the 3rd round of the EPL and no doubt, Liverpool is favourite at the Anfield against the Gunners.

Liverpool which missed the Premier League title in the last season for just one point. Manchester City was a point ahead of the Reds at the end of the season and claimed the title for the 2nd times consecutively. But in the ongoing season, the team of Pep Guardiola already stumbled in the 2nd match.

No, they did not face any defeat but made the draw against the Champions League finalist Tottenham Hotspur. And the Reds have won both two matches. But the 3rd round in Premier League would not be so easy for the apprentices of Jurgen Klopp. They are going to face Arsenal  in the next round.

But the most charming news for the Reds is that they will face the Gunners at their home venue Anfield and we all know that at their home venue, what are the Reds capable of.

But their coach Jurgen Klopp does not ready to take the Gunners so lightly but Arsenal also tested the EPL title Liverpool has not yet.

The Gunners also started the new season of the Premier League so well. In their inaugural match, Arsenal faced Newcastle United and won by a 1 – 0 goal. In their 2nd match, they beat Burnley by a 2 – 1 goal.

So, they also will try to keep their winning streak continue. Also, the Gunners have a number of top-rated players in their squad but considering stars like Mohamed Salah, Mane, Firmino, Origi, the Gunners are a little behind than the Reds no doubt.
