Spain found the dominating victory against the Faroe Islands

Spanish national football team is passing a very busy time like the rest of the top-rated European teams. Now, the International schedule is running and so, all the European Leagues have been paused. The European teams are playing the UFA Euro 2020 qualifying round and Spain is doing the same thing. Earlier today, Spain found the dominating victory against the Faroe Islands. On the way to the UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying phase, Spain is moving forward quite strongly. They have simply destroyed the Faroe Islands earlier today. And as the home team, Spain can do that again. In their first meeting in the Euro 2020 qualifying round, Spain played at the venue of Faroe Islands and won by a 4 – 1 goal. 

Now, at the home venue, earlier today they have played the 2nd leg between them and Spain won by a 4 – 0 goal. Rodrigo and Paco Alcacer scored two goals each in the game.

In the last June, they faced each other and the three times UEFA Euro winner Spain destroyed them easily. And the 2nd leg between them was to easy to the former Euro champion.

Spain which team is placed into the Group F and now holding the top position. It seems that the team is quite tough but Spain has done things quite easily. Their group mates are Sweden, Romania, Norway, Malta and Faroe Islands. Norway, Sweden and Romania all three teams are quite strong no doubt but Spain is securing their position day by day. By winning all six matches, team Spain has claimed the top position with 18 points so far. Their nearest opponent is Sweden and they are still 7 points behind.

Spain which team dominated the whole match and went ahead in the 13th minute of the game. Mikel who was passed from his teammate and he passed to his right. With an amazing placing shot, Rodrigo has done the rest. In the 38th minute, the long shot of Thiago Alcantara was stopped. At the beginning of the 2nd half, Spain increased their sharpness of the attacking division and found success within a very short time.

In the 50th minute of the game, Rodrigo increased the goal difference. At the end of the game, within a very short time, Paco Alcacer found the net twice times and made the scoreline 4 – 0.

Spain will play their next match in the UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying on 12th October 2019 against Norway.
